Movement experiences for the nourishing exploration of body and spirit.

My movement journey began during a tumultuous adolescence when I first sought solace for managing anxiety, depression and body dysmorphic disorder.

At sixteen, I was introduced to the transformative power of yoga and meditation, igniting a twenty-year exploration of various styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yin. My practice has certainly evolved over the years, and I currently find a deep connection to building slower, gentle Yin & Restorative journeys for students that allow for the processing of grief and lingering energy.

Other bodily explorations like pole dancing and strength training have continued to help me explore my body’s needs over the years and lean into the sensory experience of being in this vessel I call home. I have been exploring with pole since 2017.

As a multidisciplinary artist and practitioner, I enjoy blending ritual, creativity, mindfulness and somatic movement practices into my teachings.

I currently offer group classes as well as private sessions upon request.

I completed my 500 hour YTT under the teachings of Samarthya & Preetika Bhatnagar and draw inspiration from my teacher Linnea Solveig.
